Not satisfied, top too flimsy, too small, like the panties

I order some clothes feom this website april 28 2021 and now it june 11 2021. I havent received the package nor updates on it. Bella at chic me customer service been giving me the run around and lieing about my order for a month in a half. Finally talked to FEDEX and they saying the package lost during shipment. I need to do a claim and get my money refund back to me. Once again Bella continue to respond saying my package on the way which its not. They haven't responded about returning my refund back to me. My next step is to contact BBB and lawyer. This website is full of $#*!

It took a very very long time. Responses were very fast but overall service was not great

Sadly I have say this experience was an ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! This was suppose be a Mother's Day gift and I didn't get it until JUNE! Then one of the tops was sewn INSIDE OUT and OUTIDE IN. The Tags are SHOWING and the EDGES are FRADED. This is NOT the ChicME that I'm accustomed to working with. This IS SHABBY, INFERIOR, CRAPPY, and INEXCUSABLE WORKMAN. What Happed to Your CARE and ARTISTRY. You have SADDENED and DISAPPOINTED ME :( :(

Excellent and easy to use good service happy with the products I received

Waited to long for both orders & one of my clothing had a hole in the shirt. Another outfit was different color from the shirt & other clothing was satisfying.

I was pleased to receive my items within 4 weeks. My last order in 2020 never showed up so you have improved. The cold shoulder blouses are a little shorter than I would have liked share the 2 blouses which are made of very thin material but do look nice. The spaghetti strap top is lightweight and extremely comfortable. Everything was true to size...

I will not order again caused it took almost month to receive my order. I received an email my order would not be shipped till order was paid in full even though I divided my payments into 4 payments and I'm almost done paying for the order

I placed order 5 weeks ago for four tops and have only received one!

Not what i expected. Also took too long didn't need it when it arrived

It took me long time to receive my items, and when I received them the swim suits were not what I order. The clothing was of poor quality also. Very disappointed! Will never order or recommend.

- cheap polyester fabric.
- serged hems only.
- can see uneven stitching.
- small neck opening.
- small arm openings.
- poor construction.
- tight sleeves.
- 2x too small.

Good experience overall. Took some time cor delivery but loved my tops.

These shoes are cute and very lightweight, so they seem like they'll be really comfy. I think they run slightly small, though. I typically wear size 8 and my heel was slightly over the end of the shoe. So my teenage daughter gladly took the shoes (she typically wears size 7.5) and I ordered myself another pair in size 8.5. Fingers crossed that this pair fits well since this seems like a great summer shoe! Oh, and I ordered another pair of summer shoes for my daughter and two more pairs for me. :)

Customer service is seriously lacking. I have been trying to return these items for over a week and no one will get back to me. I have attempted to call the phone number to customer service that is listed on the website multiple times and it always rings as busy and I can't get through to anyone. I am very dissatisfied.

Good quality fits nice actually like what you see on photos ads

Easy for ordering even if your not a computer expert.

I can only wear sandals adjustable around the toes or with openings in just the right places. These are working so well.

I wish shipping was faster it's really slow & my items came from California & I am located in Las Vegas, NV that's bad.
