I've been trying and trying to get in contact with customer support to no avail! It's been over a week since they took money out of my bank account but never sent my confirmation email and the tracking remains stuck on warehouse. I needed these clothes before vacation and it's not going to happen. If they don't respond in the next 24-48 hours I'm calling my bank and reporting this. I will get my money back one way or another! Thieves!
