I was happy with 2 of my 3 orders. One of jumpers was not the size I order.
Just the ordering experience was fine. However it took a long while for the item to arrive. When it did, the quality was poor.

It took longer to come than I thought it would. Usually it said it would come in a few days, it was a few weeks. I got this outfit to wear in Hawaii and was nervous it wasn't going to make it. But it did and I was happy rocking the set in the islands.
Website could be a little smoother
It was easy to use the website and the items took some time but I was aware that it was coming overseas.
Ordered 3 garments from ChicMe in May. Near the end of June, I received an email that they had all been delivered. The packages never arrived at my door. ChicMe told me to ask my family members if they signed for my packages... considering they live 3 states over, I very much doubt my family signed for them.
ChicMe says it's an issue with the delivery system and if I want any sort of refund, I need to address it with the USPS. Very poor customer service. I will be issuing a charge back with my bank and do not intend to purchase from this company again.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
