Satisfactory, summer blouse but not real button holes just stitched on. One fell off already but can be fixed

Apart from the poor quality of material used my shipment took almost a month to reach me even though I paid for express shipping. I am totally dissatisfied. The items look very good and appealing on this site but when the arrive after taking so long the quality is too poor.
