Worst quality ever. They steal your "insurance" fee. It's not additional... but they take it from your purchase without you known. They won't refund it to you. They don't state it when you purchase, only after you paid and some screen that shows you your total, and they minus it from your total as an insurance that's non refundable. That should be illegal. I didn't agree to that. Don't buy, a waste of time and money. Crap, on top of crap product. Embarrassing material.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
