Everything was perfect but I should of have gotten a bigger size. Other than that it was perfect.

It took my items 37 days to arrive. The material is paper thin and looks very cheap, nothing like what you see on the website. The size chart is way off, at least 2 sizes smaller. Returning items is 10 times harder than ordering. I have been trying to contact customer service for 2 weeks and the number is does not work and Chicme does not reply to emails.

Items were very small. I cannot wear them, so I gave them to Goodwill.

The items I received in my order did not fit like the description nor were they of good quality. Very cheaply made and very unsatisfied with them. How can I return them for a refund?

The item took to long to arrive. Not true to size.

You have really cute styles and items, but the execution is poor-- for some, it's the materials you're using (really poor quality), while for others it's the sewing/proportions. I wanted to like ChicMe but I wouldn't order again without seeing an improvement in the products.

The items are nice and the fabrics also, however, they did not come with belts

Ordered May 23rd arrived June 14 (almost a month). Shipping notification sent June 1st. June 10th still showed waiting for item from vendor.

I received my order relatively quickly and they always check to see if you received your order which i think is nice.
