It took way too long to receive my order. There isn't any customer service you can talk to. I didn't get any emails in between time. Some of the clothes seemed to be cheap materials. I wear a size 7 in shoe the shoe was too small. And plastic looking. I won't be ordering again.
I'm happy with the service, were it not for the slower delivery. I'd like to see it happen faster.
The only down fall I found is that the shipping chargers a way to high and tracking info does not always work
I thought the items I ordered should have came at the same time. The the material of the outfits were ok... one of the dresses where too big. I have been trying to figure out how to send the dress back online and has been unsuccessful. Will be reaching out to customer service.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!
