The quality of the products I purchased was horrible. There is no phone contact with the company even though the website lists a phone number in which no one answers along with customer service hours from 9 pm to 12 am and from 1 am to 6 am. People are asleep during those times.
The merchandise arrived too late but the worst was when I wanted to return, it was awful because I should pay per the return. The second option was keep the merchandise and receive 20% discount and you know what...? I prefer forget the issue and keep the merchandise for a gift but according to my experience I don´t think I buy again on this site.

I wish after viewing an item and clicking the back arrow, it would take you to where you were before viewing that item, instead of back at the very top. This is extremely annoying and a waste of my time. Clothes I received were absolutely not worth the over 1 month it took to get them. Sending them back. Waste of my time and efforts!

I would shop regularly if the shipping was faster. You have to shop at least a month and a half before an event to make sure the items arrive.
Some things come as pictured some don't. I've been lucky so far... Thank God

The site itself was user friendly! They offer pretty much any style, any colour. The options are endless! However, my package has been held in Tennessee for 3 weeks. When I finally got a hold of fedex, they told me the box with my items was empty. Which is why they haven't shipped it the rest of the way. I'm still waiting to hear back from customer service. I'm not sure if they shipped me an empty box? Or something was snatched a long the way? Either way, I'm not oblivious to the fact that mistakes can happen, especially during this unprecedented time, so depending on how this is resolved will determine my rating! So far, not great.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!
