I ordered 3 xtra large rompers ok some of the models displayed in your pictures the size xtra large looks accurate on the model but when I received the order and tried on the clothing the size was way off more like a medium please have the accurate size available or make it clear that you may need to order a size up and that's plus size a extra large is a 1x and in your plus sizes the selection is very slim

Ordered a medium was too small but was not allowed to return for larger size but was given a minimal credit to my charge card not a full refund, company did not want dress returned.

The only downside is that you have to plan in advance as the delivery time is weeks to a month so if you need an item for an event be preparee to wait for your item to arrive. However the wait is worth it the item was beautiful

I ordered my package two months ago and was really expecting two nice rompers I saw being advertised on Chicme. Well, sad to say, I ordered the rompers and never received them. I received an email from FedEx notifying me that the package was delivered; however, I learned the package was delivered to a wrong address. Chicme sent me an online form to fill out to give the status whether I got the package, I didn't receive the package or I cancelled the order. When I clicked on the category I didn't receive my package a response online form popped up for me to write to *******@chicme.com. Within 24 hours, a rep named Leyla replied as customer service rep. I'm not sure that's her real name and the message seemed blunt. According to Leyla, all she could tell me was the package has been delivered so I have nothing to complain about. I replied saying that I would not have contacted Chicme support for help if I didn't receive my package and told her the shipment says it ended up in a county, when it didn't mark the actual town I was in. I asked for a refund or if I could get the items reshipped at no cost. Leyla replied again saying they couldn't do nothing because it's marked that the shipment was delivered. Looks like Leyla took the word of a machine over the word of a customer and I didn't feel heard at all but dismissed and blamed that it was my fault the package was not received. I told her I'd write a negative review because she was not helpful nor came up with another way to help me. Chicme, do better with your customer service. Also not sure why the packages take so long to ship but do make sure the shipment gets to where it should. I am very disappointed. I won't be shopping at Chicme again because of this experience. I think you just want money and don't care about the customer. Really sad.
Easy great designs. Need to allow shipping time. I got a range of items. Tops and jeans are true to your measurements. Jumpsuits little out. Overall. A great experience and will shop again

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!

Answer: Because they are a scam. I am in the same boat. Don't give up, dispute it if you can. Don't let those thieves keep your money. And you will probably never get your package. If you do, wear a gas mask while unwrapping because it'll smell as bad as it looks (nothing like the ads!)
