I love the clothes. But it took close to 4 weeks to receive them. First it said it was on fed ex then it came on USPS a week after the date on the tracking. The other package I couldn't track at all. I one point I thought it was all lost when I finally received it. It just took way too long with no way of tracking I wasn't sure what was going on.
I've been waiting little bit but I am living in Uk so I understand the delivery problems …but everything was ok and I received it. The dress it is in good condition and looks like in the pictures. Thank you!

I was very impressed with the quality of the clothes. The brightness of the colors were also impressive. I am very particular on where I buy my clothes so usually my first impression is what I base my overall opinion on. The clothes smelled great, each individual piece were packaged in its own plastic baggie and I thought that was brilliant! I am a new customer and I'm requesting some gift cards and coupons to use.

The items were delivered quickly. The items were made with poor quality. I requested a refund and there was no live customer service to make request, only email.
Can often not find stuff I have seen. Have to resort to putting anything I may want in the basket. The payment is also complicated. To give just one example. I had free shipping. I was then offered a discount so I took it only to find I lost my free shipping and it was more expensive than before. I could not back track even when I deleted all items and started again.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
