Ordered to outfits to try out this site. One outfit (skirt and shirt), very cute. The seond outfit was a dress, the material was not as expected, much more jersey material which made it of less quality. I may try again, keeping in mind the overall dress material moving forward.
Clothes looks exactly like the pictures shown and that's a great thing. Clothes do run small, especially for the bottoms but the quality was good.
Disappointed the material is very cheap looking. Not a cool material for the summer weather.

At this point, my order was shipped twice and between them, FedEx and their cheapest shipping method, SmartPost, I have spent countless hours tracking a package twice and they have been no help. FEDEX is blaming them, they are blaming FedEx and I still 2 months later, I don't have my money refunded or the package. This has been a nightmare over one hundred dollars worth of stuff I purchased off of a Facebook Ad. I want my money and time back. What a disaster! There are 1000 other ways id like to spend my time and money. This is a fraud situation period I'm feeling. Fedex says they use Smartpost and its cheap and they can't even do a delivery dispute. Don't shop here is all I can say. You'll never get your package.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
