Package came neat and folded and just how I ordered them.
I ordered the merchandise 06/05/2021 and received it in on 07/10/2021. I did not receive a proof of purchase email or confirmation, luckily I screenshot my purchase. Customer Service replies with the same message with no understanding. Finally received my order and 2 jumpsuits are without the belts. In addition I order small on all the items, apparently they ran out of smalls and I was given a medium. I can not fit a medium . I'm big mad! I ordered over $300 worth of merchandise and really received $70 of clothes that I could wear.

My package took forever to come. When it came the clothes were not true to size and poor quality material. I tried to return it and I have to get my own packaging and label.
Everything I ordered looked exactly like the picture. Everything was true to size so that's a plus! Will most definitely order again!

The dress is wayyyytt too small. I ordered a 3X (I'm usually a 1x) the dress fits like its a medium. Looks nothing like the picture.
The dresses look great online. That's where it ends. What I got was something that feels like a shampoo cape when you are at a salon. They are very cheap vinyl and are white in the inside, the dye didnt even make its way to the Inside of the dress. Oh, and it's see through. Ugh, please do better people! Refund please

And when I put small in my order when I reviewed my order it said Med. But never got it and still waiting
I had to send back 3 of the 5 items because of sizing and very poor quality. I kept 2 blouses only to realize later that they aren't any better than those I sent back. But I paid for return shipping so I'm not going to send these back and pay double, so I'll try to sell them on my next garage sale.
I still haven't received info on how to return the items that don't fit?

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!

Answer: Because they are a scam. I am in the same boat. Don't give up, dispute it if you can. Don't let those thieves keep your money. And you will probably never get your package. If you do, wear a gas mask while unwrapping because it'll smell as bad as it looks (nothing like the ads!)
