The ChicMe website does not really have agents available. Immediately after i paid for my order i realized i had typos in the shipping address. I sent several messages to no avail. They do not have realtime customer service, only realtime payments.
They shipped the order to wrong address. Website claims it has live chat…. But it NEVER CONNECTED with agent.
Phantom Company shipping out garbage items which are similar not identical to what you paid for. And nobody ever answers!

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.

Answer: Because they are a scam. I am in the same boat. Don't give up, dispute it if you can. Don't let those thieves keep your money. And you will probably never get your package. If you do, wear a gas mask while unwrapping because it'll smell as bad as it looks (nothing like the ads!)
