I sent 2 items back from my last order because they were too small. I have not received any replacements nor a refund. I have been a return customer but will not be ordering anything else until this issue is resolved.
I was able to reach ChicMe by messenger. They responded with several messages asking me to send information. Each time I sent what they asked for they asked for more information. I guess they need the items returned and my refund. I'm a long time customer but no more business from me or my family. 2 starts because I like the clothes.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
