Received package and yes shoes was beautiful when received, but shoes were too big. Size 40 is normally a size 10 in women but these shoes were more like a size 12. Therefore that's why it was returned

He first asked me to take a picture of the package once I did that he then asked me to take a picture of the item outside the packaging with the tags just to to tell me he would do a $10 coupon for my next purchase and to keep the items. I said no I needed a whole refund and did not care to keep the items. He then proceeded to tell me I couldn't return the items unless they were damage and when ahead and blocked me to stop me from replying back. I will never buy anything from them again.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
