Received package and yes shoes was beautiful when received, but shoes were too big. Size 40 is normally a size 10 in women but these shoes were more like a size 12. Therefore that's why it was returned

I sent sizing as per guide but it wasn't correct.

First customer experience was average due to one of the items not fitting as the original photo showed but that is to be expected when ordering clothing online as it can be a bit of a hit or miss. Shipping time was surprisingly very quick

Would have appreciated an email or clear message explaining that product may take some time to arrive. I hastily bought a medium size which was too small. It would be more useful to state the equivalent sizes in the UK/US etc so I can see at a glance which size to buy.

Such a great store to shop in never had any negatives about it.

I requested a ticket which is required to do a return. The
Material if the items that I received look different from the pictures on the website. I message back and forth with a staff from Chicme regarding my return. He first asked me to take a picture of the package once I did that he then asked me to take a picture of the item outside the packaging with the tags just to to tell me he would do a $10 coupon for my next purchase and to keep the items. I said no I needed a whole refund and did not care to keep the items. He then proceeded to tell me I couldn't return the items unless they were damage and when ahead and blocked me to stop me from replying back. I will never buy anything from them again.

This is my 1st time to decide I love the products I will be back

Not true to size…order next size up I'm 5"7 pants were extremely short
Planned on wearing this for a special occasion and couldn't VERY DISAPPOINTED

Material to thin. I mean thin thin nipples show to much in the lime green area I've brought better and have paid less than 25$

Long waiting time if you don't plan on wearing it within a month or two other than the long waits the clothes are lovely
