They say they do refunds but they really don't. I followed all the instructions for a return, I sent the merchandise back because it looked nothing like the clothes on the website and they were poorly made. First, the time I order from Chic me was a week and my order didn't come then I received an email saying that my order was returned Chic me said they didn't know why. My details were checked and my order was sent out I received it in a week everything was fine.
