It took a bit longer than I preferred for my items to arrive. The designer is amazing. The unique pieces are definite eye catchers. Upgrading the fabric would be a great move and would set ChicMe apart from other competitors. I would definitely be a repeat customer if the fabric is upgraded. However, if it is not, I would not place any future orders.

I have had a very disappointing experience ordering from Chic Me. They don't have a clear and robust system to rectify orders when they do go wrong.
After adjustments to the products (tightening and shortening in places), they were fine enough. The material is not particularly good, but according to the price. I can't seem to stop getting spam e-mails from ChicMe, even after opting out repeatedly.
Some items were too smal. Il tried to return them still no response, very poor customer service.
Sent multiple text messages, still waiting. Will not shop this site again.

I love the dresses in the picture. Hen I received the dresses they ere way too small and cheap looking. I returned them but haven't received my refund yet.
I'm definitely pleased with this site and will order more items. The customer service is top notch and so far I've been pleased with the items I've ordered. Quick shipping too!

The sizes varied and had to return three of the items
I gave them 2 stars because some of the items I received are actually nice, but this review is about their bogus return policy. It's says you have 7 days to return your item and it must be tagged and bagged the same way you got it, however, after giving you the run around and causing you to surpass your 7 day grace period, they will offer you a discounted coupon. So basically, not only will you not get your money back, they want you to spend more money in order to be compensated. After going back and forth with them for almost a week, they finally agreed to refund me if I paid for shipping because they said shipping was too expensive to send a return label. I went to USPS, put the order in a flat rate box and also got a receipt with the tracking number. When I sent proof that the package had been sent, they told me unfortunately, they cannot refund my money because the receipt did not have a weight on it and there's no way to track the package without a weight. So there's a tracking number, the item in the original packaging and my receipt, but there's no way to track my package?! This sounds like fraud to me. They should not be able to get away with this. I will NEVER spend my money with them again. Also, I have all of our conversations in writing to show proof. I think they they a accustomed to people not saying anything and that's how they are able to get away with this crap.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!
