After receiving only one email saying my order was confirmed it then only gave me the option to "track" my order. When doing so it came up with dates that shipping and delivering to my country's distributer should be done by, it had stayed on one date up until it arrived. While never actually giving me an estimated time of arrival. I then checked my couriers app with the order reference and there were no updates that had been sent to them either.
I purchased numerous dresses for my wife. I have one that needs to be exchanged for a larger size. There is no where on the site where you can call customer service that I can find. So I opted to do a chat. I put in my question and saw that I was #25 in the queue. 3 hours later and I am #1 in the queue but have been at #1 for over 20 minutes. My coworker said when she sent something back to exchange she never got a credit or heard from the company and there is no way to speak with anyone. Unfortunate that they want to just screw customers over like this. Fashion Nova has great stuff and VERY easy returns. This will be my last purchase from $#*!me.com.

I ordered my package on September 02 and its September 13, it is still not here yet. Customer service says the same thing over and over again about contacting the shipping company. Or they say to track it on the USPS website and when I do the status say not available. Now they disconnected the chat so I can't even communicate with support. I really need this package for my birthday. This is unacceptable.
I did not like the items that were sent to me, so I mailed them back and never got credit for the items.

Nothing is even similar or wearable! Absolute joke! The people are also ridiculous, won't allow you to return the shocking items and Rob you of all the money and stuck with ‘dresses' which are not wearable!
Bought 6 dresses and they are the worst quality ever. Not wearable and look not even similar to photos. They are refusing to allow me to return and keeping my money which I can't afford to loose!

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
