Was made easy to buy, bit its very complicated and the charges to send things back are not good. It works out not worth me sending anything back, as I will pretty much loose most of my money and be left with no products.

I didn't realise how long they'd take to come,
I wanted to send them back but the cost of the shoes with the cost of shipping them back tracked to America meant it wouldn't be worth it so I've kept them for a friend.

Took to long to get and the quality was not very good.

Overall great products. Sizes are hit or miss. Items i have purchased have been good.

It was a easy to find styles that i liked. What was hard was determining my size just going off the size chart and reviews. Every piece of clothing is made from different materials so they each fit differently from what the zise chart says.

Shopping experience was excellent.
My only problem was with product size.

First time using chicme was a bit scared due to the negative reviews thought i would see for myself and i was very pleased with my order. Would defo buy again. Shame about the delivery time but its expected. Of ordering be sure to give yourself about 3 weeks for item to arrive

Satisfactory and the quick delivery was awesome. This encourage me to continue shopping with ChicMe.

Their site is great and all but the only issue they have is that their customer service wait time is long. You have to wait about 30min-hr just to be next in line. And if your phone screen turns off & you go back to the site, it will reconnect & send at the back of line again. For example, let's say you were 19 next in line then later on you're 4th but then your screen turns off & go back it will send you back to 19th or 20th.

Delivery late, then goods not great quality and sizes all too big!
