It was ok but it is very hard to return clothes customers service is slow and the app feels like a rip off a times. Yes the dresses are a decent material which is what you pay for
Their customer service sucks and they do nothing to help the customer. They're very dismissive when you want to make a return and are selective about who they let initiate returns. The shoe quality is crap and I told them I could not use the shoes shipped to me because they were poorly constructed. The rep, Suzy, kept brushing me off and showed no empathy whatsoever and refused to let me speak to management. Never shop here because they clearly don't value their customers and their return policy and their attitudes suck! The rep has nerve to offer me a 20% discount on my next purchase opposed to my full refund. They're CRAZY!

HORRIBLE return policy/CUSTOMER SERVICE. I paid to ship my items back (duplicate tops and small size) and not only did I lose money for returning the items but they never refunded my money back. Now I'm out the returned cloths, the $15 postage and got zero back. Customer service just gives you the run around. Same cloths sold on Ali express and Shine and way better rerun policy and cheaper prices.
