I love there clothes but it takes too long to get your clothes

My item was delivered to the complete wrong address. But because I don't have proof because the post office isn't going to give someone else's address to me and those people kept my item, they are refusing to care without proof I guess. They won't give a refund or anything. So I'm at a loss-loss. DO NOT ORDER SINCE THEY ARE UNHELPFUL. I thought this was better than they are but nope

Dress fit well, was what I expected. The packaging and shipping came in a timely manner.

I had a good experience the quality of the dresses is great both items fit true to size and they're beautiful

Customer Service difficult to get they place you in a virtual queue but the site goes down then you're placed back into queue with larger number. Have to contact them to make Return to get Label

1. Package arrived a month late. Company bears no responsibility
2. Not true to size. Bought 2 pair same size one pair fit, the other unwearable
3. Company would not honor return policy.
Now i have a giant pair of $30 leggings i will never wear.

Just want to make people aware of how horrible is the service at this shady company.
I have sent them return and now they are theretening not to issue a refund. Im not using post office to return it, but a courier service. And have provided them with tracking information and any other information relating return. I will not hesitate to take this further and make it a legal case, they are seriously trying to breach simple consumer rights.
DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR MENTAL HEALTH AND MONEY.

I feel scammed. I was told I cannot return or exchange the product even though I would pay for the shipping. Customer service has not resolved the situation. According to the policy the clothes should be returnable.

It was ok but it is very hard to return clothes customers service is slow and the app feels like a rip off a times. Yes the dresses are a decent material which is what you pay for
