They steal from you (I am down close to $500), hold onto your money for weeks and then cancel your order when questioned. They "refund" part of what you are owed and tell you to repurchase at your cost.
When you try contact them, they cut you off from the live chat. They email you, which is just a massive waste of time. Then on Facebook it's more wasted time getting no where.
The clothing is terrible quality, falling apart and nothing like the pictures. When you want to exchange you have to message them for more mess around.
Just lying, stealing time wasters. They also remove bad comments and then block you!

Bad experience, one of the worst stores, poor quality, the worst customer service, more than a month to receive my order and it arrived of very low quality, never in my life I buy with them again.
I purchased 7 pieces. It was an easy process. It took about 2 weeks to arrive. Only 1 of the items looked and fit like the web descriptions. I decided to keep 3 items and return the other 3 because they didn't fit well at all. I sent a help ticket and explained I needed to return 3 if the 6 items. I was hassled to accept a 10% and keep the items. But I just wanted to return them. After 4 days of back and forth haggling they finally gave me the return address. I returned my items with delivery confirmation. A week passes with no refund. I messaged them again. Finally after 35 days I received my refund. The process was exhausting.
The order is quick n love them and the right size and I've ordered twice I thinks and love ordering from this site n thank u all for the quick mail

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
