I don't feel like I received a quality top. The fabric is very thin and cheap looking.
I bought this item for my cousin birthday, I glad I order it cause she was very happy with top, it came before her birthday, so I was happy about that.
I ordered 2 items. Both arrived open. One item had clearly been used. Dirty and the cardboard had childrens drawings on them. They refused to refund me. Even with photos, they wanted me to pay for return and offered 15$ coupon. Seriously? Just refund me. I'm not spending money shipping it back. It was gross. Bad customer service. Never again. Quality control like this is downright disgusting.

They steal from you (I am down close to $500), hold onto your money for weeks and then cancel your order when questioned. They "refund" part of what you are owed and tell you to repurchase at your cost.
When you try contact them, they cut you off from the live chat. They email you, which is just a massive waste of time. Then on Facebook it's more wasted time getting no where.
The clothing is terrible quality, falling apart and nothing like the pictures. When you want to exchange you have to message them for more mess around.
Just lying, stealing time wasters. They also remove bad comments and then block you!

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
