Very good the price is very reasonable style was awesome. Shoes went very good with my dress. My family loved the shoes and dress. That is my favorite go to shoes. There very fancy and eye catching.

I have always gotten my items pretty quickly and in good quality

First and last time ordering through them. Placed an order. Took a month to arrive. Requested a return within the 14 days return period but the customer service said for the few weeks when I placed the order their policy was different and it is only 7 days to return. No were does it state this one on their site or anywhere else. At the time the order arrived the policy says 14 days. This should be honored. I emailed back and forth with support for days with no help. Total BS. That a company can just randomly change their policy at any time to get out of honoring their stated policies. BTW I also looked up the return policy when I was ordering and it did NOT say 7 days during that time. I should have taken screen shoots but didn't think a company would be so petty over a $50 return that I would need to. Do not order from this company

Took 1 month to arrive, I had no idea it was coming from overseas. It had a terrible odor. And only slightly looks like the photo.

My order took extremely long to arrive, almost 1 month. When it arrived, I was very disappointed! All items are cheap in quality and 2 were not true to size. I would never shop here again!

I did not receive the product but later found that the problem was with our local post office.

When i went to return my items they wanted to give me $10. My order was over $100. I had to keep asking for my money back, eventually they gave me an address where I could sent the items back. I paid for delivery and sent the items, i eventually got my money back. They were making seem that the cost for me to send the items back was 10 less than what my bill came to. The cost for delivery was considerably less than.

Clothes took forever to arrive and were total trash. Can't wear any of them but they can't be returned. So disappointing.
