This is a fraudulent establishment, their main aim is to scam people. I'm not sure where all these good reviews are coming from but am pretty sure this company has everything to do with it. I purchased 5 outfits, I received only one which came from Compton California address, very poorly and cheaply made outfit, no receipt in it, nothing, I tried to return it but the company will not give me a return address or issue me a refund, I still haven't received the rest of the items and I'm pretty sure I won't. I had to cuss them out on their promo site before someone got in contact with me but it still didn't yield any result, they asked for the order number which I provided, they asked for the exact outfit number I provided, that's not enough, they asked me why I wanted to return it and i told them it was garbage, and they wanted me to take a pic of the dress..., I had to put a stop and demand for my money. I have reported this company to law enforcement online, and I'm hoping more people should. What bothers me is why this company have been allowed to defraud people for this long. This is my first time buying from this company and it was a nightmare... BEWARE!

My order took almost a month to arrive. I no longer needed the dresses for the events I hate planned in October.

It took you 20days to deliver my products, I was not in the country when it got delivered, yet you will not give me an exchange that it has been 14days. Every company has 30days refund policy. If you can't refund atleast give me an exchange since I have returned the products

I placed my order with chic me and the delivery wait was very long.
Tried to cancel my order but wasn't successful. Nobody to contact. Did all the necessary points but no such luck.
Order came and Iv no need for the item now. No returns label or details.
Stick with boots which probably won't get worn for some time and can't send back!

I usually use a large but had to go down a size.
Very stretchy material... Good quality for the money.

I had orders 2 sizes as unsure what would fit. Not a very good returns procedures hence I am stuck with 2 dresses which I don't required anymore. It's too much hassle to send back. I was offered a £4 voucher which was fine but to use in 7 days or it would expire

It was OK. The sizes are not true. I'm a 1x and ordered a 2x so that I could make sure I had more room to move. Nope! I put it on and it was tight. Once I zipped it up, it felt tighter.

No problems, it was a smooth transaction. Paid for expedited shipping so delivery was great.
