Service not bad,,,,,,, but the goods Not so good thank you

Have not gotten my product yet so I can't rate higher until I do

Customer service is terrible. I have been trying to return this product and nobody will respond. The dress measurements are not accurate.

Overall material and sizes not for me… and the refund process isn't easy… couldn't return my items for a full refund had to go back and Fourth with a representative to at least get 30 percent refund of the items… overall never buying again

Don't shop there. The clothes don't look like the picture at all. Material very cheap. I pay postal service to have the items return. It's November I've been waiting for a refund since July. This type of back and forth is absolutely unacceptable. Their phone number don't work. Don't shop there once again. I'm going to get my financial institution involve this company is unreasonable.

It was not bad, just one of the outfits didn't fit right... My pants was a little to slack and didn't feel right.
My dress was sexy and my tie dye suit was on point.

The shirt contains shoulder pads which can be seen thru the material and it doesn't "lay" well. The material for the pants is okay but there's too much material for the pants - they don't fit like leggings. The outfit isn't terrible - it will need altering

Returns are nearly impossible. Not user friendly at all. After a series of emails I finally gave up and kept the cheap looking crap I had purchased. I guess they won but I'll never purchase another product from Chic me.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE! I ORDERED ON THE 26TH OF OCT. IT IS NOW THE 11TH OF NOV AND HAVE NOT SEEN ANYTHING. I DID THE CHAT ALL TO BE TOLD MY ORDER WAS SHIPPED AND IT TOOK A WEEK FOR THEM TO TELL ME THAT! I ASKED FOR SOMEONE TO CALL ME, IT WAS TOTALLY IGNORED AND EMAIL WAS DIMISSIVE, I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK AND STILL NO ANSWER. SAVE YOUR SELF THE STRESS. I THOUGHT THIS WAS AN AMERICAN COMPANY BUT THE RESPONSE I RECEIVED WAS FROM CHINA. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK AT THIS POINT!
