The delivery took a little longer than expected, and the quality was better than expected although the threading of the stitching was already coming apart at certain parts on the seems so it was dividing before I even got to wear it. It's an easy stitch fix but still a hassle when it is brand new and I shouldn't have to fix something I just bought

I ordered a dress for my baby shower on October 11th and my order was delayed and I was not made aware of this until a week later after I had contacted support! They told me that it would take 10-15 days and even after that I did not hear back. A couple of days ago like nov 12 I got a email saying that my order had been shipped AGAIN?! I have asked for a refund SEVERAL times and they give me the run around. I will never be ordering or recommending this company
