Things look like they do when you order- but the sizing is all wrong- onetime I ordered something with pockets and once I received no pockets- another time I ordered a oh maxi dress I received a small different dress. But that was on two orders I have four total.
The return process is a nightmare and the website is difficult to impossible to use. You have to create a ticket ( hard to do, site won't create half the time). Then they contact you, supposedly. Ask you questions and for pictures of an item delivered one day ago. Then they decide IF they will provide a return address and give you a refund. You cannot have a return address unless they say so. You have a 14 day return period and all the BS steps eats into that period. Still waiting for a return address for a defective dress unless you want a big wad of fabric sticking out at the waist and a mis-sized, too big, shirt. It is impossible for pics to accurately depict a wad of poorly sown fabric and too big. Still waiting! Avoid because if something is wrong or you aren't satisfied, you may be screwed. Still waiting for return address and refund. One star is too generous but I have to rate something. Avoid unless you're into return nightmares!

I want to know when my order of 11--9 will ship and when you give me a tracking number, I want to know it can be tracked, not like the last time when it said it could not be tracked. Why does it take so long to ship, even though you have been paid?
I should have known better to trust fast-fashion marketing on Instagram. The jacket is poorly stitched together, terrible quality and poorly fitted. I am 5'1 and 115 lbs and ordered a small. The sleeves are awkwardly cut several inches above the wrist. It is not as advertised and the reviewers are probably paid to leave positive reviews. I would return this jacket but at this point the shipping is not worth it.

However, I do wish that there would be less back and forth AFTER the purchase. (ie. I wish they'd keep their inventory up to date so you're not purchasing items that are sold out after the fact, and then you're having to find something else or refund)
Shipping also took much longer than usual, but with the holidays and post, I know this is out of their hands.
Easy to use and def bought more than I came for. Only wish that when you went back to view the full category (like sweaters) it would take you back to where you left off instead of starting from the top again.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
