The one of the dress I ordered was see through and the other didn't fit and was very unflattering. I tried to return the dress I sent the items back but didn't get a refund as I couldn't provide a tracking number as I got the wrong type of postage and I repeatedly explained this to the customer service however they repeatedly asked to provide a tracking number and to contact the postage company. I never got a refund. I understand it was all the fault of ChicMe however they were very unhelpful.

I order my swimsuit and blue dress on October 10,2 weeks before my trip to Puerto Rico on October 28th. My items didn't get to my house until a week after I got back from Puerto Rico on November 2. Had I known that it takes them weeks to process 2 items and another 2 weeks to ship, I would have Never order from them. So now I have a swimsuit and dress I didn't get to wear or cant wear until next year because it's cold in NC. Thanks ChicMe
Great however the sequins are falling off. Have sprayed it with hairspray in the hopes this stops.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
