Service okay for prices paid for dress. Material not the best and would not be my first choice

I requested a refund on one of the items nut I haven't received any response

Good experience kept me posted about the details of order n shipping

I paid for expedited shipping, which was suppose to be 5-7 days. Did not received my order on time. During order and payment they did not mentioned total shipping time is up to 7 days for packing the item plus shipping. Here USA shipping and handling are disclosure at time of payment. Now I don't have the items and return them is a nightmare. Never again will shop here.

After receiving my order, I definitely will not be ordering from here again. The material used feels and looks cheap, to the point of being pretty much see through. Dress feels like it is going to fall apart. The stitching and hem lines are bad. I would caution anyone from ordering from here and recommend they look elsewhere.

It seems like the sizes are not very consistent, it seems like either it's too small or too big but I think it's because the product is made in another country and it isn't always true to size so it has been a hit or miss for me and it's not easy to get refunded.

Your sizing prohibits me from ordering more of your clothes, i. E. Bust sizes: 16 - 18! These sizes are confusing, if you were consistent with your sizing 32 - 38 I would order more of your clothes.

The actual dress was nothing like the picture. It came with a zip/turtle neck. Was disappointed!

I was a first time buyer, I kept seeing this site pop up on my social media. After having a browse I found a dress I loved so I took a chance and bought it. I was not disappointed I absolutely loved it, it fit perfectly. The delivery was fast and the overall experience was good, I would definitely recommend this site and I will definitely order again.

I'm absolutely shocked and appalled. It says in order to return contact customer services, get a ticket and ask for instructions on how to return. I have asked about 5 or 6 times now (sent photos and item numbers a few times) and everytime I get deflected and asked if I would like 5% off a future order instead with no instructions but that if I would like to return please confirm and they will give me the instructions. I say I would like the instructions and it doesn't give it to me and goes round in circles!
If you think you might want to return it. Do NOT buy from Chic Me. FRAUDS.
