Items received are too big and I asked fir a returned label so that I could return and get another size or refund and I was sent all these options when I stated up front what I wanted to do and what I was asking for! So I just know not to order from chic me anymore because their return policy is not user friendly!
Horrible company! They refused to refund my money and accept the return even though it was in the 14 day timeframe. They wanted to give me 10% on a $290 purchase. Never shop here again.
I will never buy anything from them again. There in China. When you have to send something back, it's very expensive.
