Delivery time was so long that I had forgotten I ordered and the dress colors wasn't as the picture presented..

Took a while to receive. I guess it was stuck in the L. A. Harbor on one of the many ships.

The worst online company

I bought four items. First, they arrived too late for the event I needed, the quality was awful, not like the pictures show, size was not accurate with the scales.

I contacted the support client service, and the nightmare started there; every email was answered by a different person asking for something different.
I sent pictures and explanations several times, with every person was like to start from scratch, the customer service is awful, and they didn't follow up the claims, finally, now the emails come back and say unable to deliver, even though I am sending to the same employees that requested more information.

I lost my money because nobody was willing to resolve it. I think they were trying to gain time to say is more than 14 days we can't refund; since day one, I received the merchandise I wrote them. Do not buy to this company; there is a lot in the market that are responsible and have excellent customer service. THIS ONE SHOULD NOT BE ON THE MARKET.

It was great ordering it but took a while to get here. When I received it, it was not what was advertised.

I will never order again from this site. The clothes were made of cheap material. I tried to get my money back and was told that the time had passed, but I received a ticket about a week after I received the shipment.

Easy check out. Quick delivery. However, product wasn't what I expected. I ordered rhinestone and got pearl. The bows were coming off so I had to sew them back on

It just takes to long to come, but I'm very satisfied with the product

I expected the package on the date/s that was provided and it arrived way later. The tracking number was not fully entered and therefore, I could properly track it with the usps.

Parcel-delivered quickly. The quality of items is not the best. Clothes look different than the on the pictures. Parcel shipped from UK but returns to US ONLY!
CS replys quickly but they don't solve the problem. Trying to get my refund for a 3weeks now.

I paid extra for fast delivery but still arrive a few days later that I expected.

Me pareció bien pero no excelente, el conjunto viene muy reducido en cuanto a tallas solo tienen hasta la XL y no había tallas más grande para escoger eso me parece mal aunque la ropa no era para mi

Great amount of choice and good prices. Unfortunately my only dissapointment is that the sizes vary so very much. Sometimes I am a small then other times I am an xxl. Very confusing. But otherwise a satisfied customer and will continue to use.
