The worst online company
I bought four items. First, they arrived too late for the event I needed, the quality was awful, not like the pictures show, size was not accurate with the scales.
I contacted the support client service, and the nightmare started there; every email was answered by a different person asking for something different.
I sent pictures and explanations several times, with every person was like to start from scratch, the customer service is awful, and they didn't follow up the claims, finally, now the emails come back and say unable to deliver, even though I am sending to the same employees that requested more information.
I lost my money because nobody was willing to resolve it. I think they were trying to gain time to say is more than 14 days we can't refund; since day one, I received the merchandise I wrote them. Do not buy to this company; there is a lot in the market that are responsible and have excellent customer service. THIS ONE SHOULD NOT BE ON THE MARKET.
It was great ordering it but took a while to get here. When I received it, it was not what was advertised.
I will never order again from this site. The clothes were made of cheap material. I tried to get my money back and was told that the time had passed, but I received a ticket about a week after I received the shipment.

I expected the package on the date/s that was provided and it arrived way later. The tracking number was not fully entered and therefore, I could properly track it with the usps.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!
