Lovely outfit just take longer than expected overall good

Felt that I waited long than was stipulated to receive my items

Looked great to wear for the holiday. But after receiving it, was unhappy. It was an orange color.

I was a little skeptical at first but decided I would order from this company and I couldn't be happier with my purchases and how quickly I receive them. My order was exactly as described I will order again!

3 out of he 4 outfits were excellent, however one of the dresses was not stitched correctly therefore poor quality i wanted to return it the customer service adviser asked me to pay for the return which was not my fault, and would not offer prepaid return or full refund that affected my perception of your company

Items did not look like the picture, very low quality

Tried to send the item back because it was to small, Was willing to pay for returning the item and all you offered was to keep the jacket and used code for my next order. I ordered 2XL but you advised 3XL which is what I was trying to get. Therefore I order another item and tried to use the code you provided for 10% off but the code did not work. Once I receive my next order will not be ordering from you again.

Not a fast service but did arrive. Just wasn't pleased with the product I didn't think the picture gives a true representation of the colour or fabric.

I had some rough spots with customer service, taking 24 hours to get back to me and not being able to give me much information on my order status not matching the estimated arrival date. I received my package later than it said I would which bummed me out. But the quality of the items were satisfactory and decent for the price of things and won't fall apart after using once.
