I would give ZERO STARS if I could. Ordered over £100 worth of clothes - cancelled the order before it was shipped as turns out it is from a warehouse in China despite the company pretending they are a UK based company. They refused to listen to me cancelling the order and proceeded to ship the items. Some items haven't arrived. I asked for return address for refund and they offered a discount voucher instead of refund. I opened a dispute on paypal and Quinn from Chic me customer services kept asking me to close the dispute so he could process the refund. Paypal have advised they can process this with the case open and told me not to close it. They are a complete scam and you will not be refunded for the rubbish quality clothes they send. YOU WILL BE CAUGHT IN A SCAM IF YOU ORDER FROM THIS DISGRACEFUL COMPANY.

Ordering was simple and the response was immediate.

The only problem is everyone isn't wide around the hip and may have longer legs. Making it very hard to pick pants/leggings that will actually fit. Kind of making it a crap shoot. Lol everything else is great

Took two weeks longer than usual. Then after writing to Chic Me it took an additional two weeks. When checking the tracking number the response was always: "Left Guanzhou".

I found what I was looking for but it take to long to get here.
