The items came late, smelly, not new, no tags, terrible Body odour. The customer service I received was terrible - Chic Me refused to pay the postage to return the item for a refund, they only offered a refund. I had to go through paypal to cover the postage (which was half the amount of the order). There was no apology or acknowledgement that the items were not new and in terrible condition. I would not recommend to anyone.
The delivery was fast and that's the only positive experience. I didn't expect my packages to come as fast as they did. Took all of 3-5days

First and last time I purchase from this website... so disappointed. I bought 2 of the same dress, a large and ex-large... the large was my size... so I returned the ex-large. Before I returned the dress... I sent messages requesting the return address... one of the message I received from them was... to give the dress to a friend... I reply... I don't have a friend that would fit an ex-large... other message I received was... will give you 30% discount... I said no... I want a refund. With the back and fourth message... they finally decided to give me the return address. I sent the item the next day by mail and everything they requested... 2 weeks past and didn't hear from them... when I sent a message to check the status of the return... they said that the dateline for the return past... and didn't approve the return... and kept the dress... still waiting for them to send me back the dress... so no refund and kept the dress I returned... order was made in August 2021 and now is December.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
