I came late and a different delivery service so it made it hard to track where the package was. But finally received it and the girlfriend is happy.

Website advertise easy return but it's absolutely not. After received those dresses after long wait. Quality of the dresses are shocking. Therefore i applied for refund
Customer service replied and They said they can't do full refund so they offered me 10% off next purchase I got to keep the dress as I have to pay the postage fee for return. I rejected and they said max they can do is 20% refund and I got to keep the dress. No! I don't care how much is the postage fee I'm sending the dress back for full refund!
I spent over £20 to send 3 dresses to AMERICA which those dresses are from
China! Never going to order from chic me again!

I ordered an item (not yet received) tried to get through to customer service and to no avail because now the cost of the item in my reaccurring payment on my banking app when I never signed up to anything. Still need that deleted please and thanks

I had ordered a pair of pants the week after I ordered the hoodie and still have not gotten those with no word from chic me.

Shipping took longer than expected but all products arrived in good shape

Lovely clothes just a little too big but I am very small.

When asked for refund was offered every alternative under the sun then eventually when they agreed was told had to be within 14 days of getting the items so wouldn't have been possible due to the delay they caused trying to not accept returns.

Nice website and choice of clothing, and quick delivery. Dreadful experience trying to return the item I ordered and I now have a dress I cannot wear as it does not fit.

Ships from China. No way of tracking the shipment until it reaches USA. The ETA is not accurate. There's no way to speak to someone should you need to update your order.

Don't be in a hurry to get your orders. Shipping is so slow, I had to buy something else because this took over a month to arrive
