I bought a dress from them it took 2 weeks to arrive and once received the dress was so different to the dress image advertised.
I contacted them sending images that the dress was nothing like the one advertised.
They offered me 10% off my next order for me to keep the dress.
(This was the first thing I've ordered from them and I don't plan to order again so 10% off my next order isn't good enough.)
I responded No Ive received the wrong item so send me a prepaid return postage label and I will return it back to them for a full refund.
They then replied it's the customer's responsibility to pay for return shipping
(Which is in USA) I'm in the UK
How is it my responsibility to send us it back to them if they sent me the wrong item in the first place?

One item was to large, the chat made it difficult for return and exchange. So I gave it as a gift. But I really wanted it for myself
Sizing is very off. Terrible returns system and offered a maximum of £3 as compromise refund. The postage to return alone would have cost a fortune so was forced to keep items I can't use
Easy shopping, loads of styles to choose from. Good quality clothing. I've ordered more things off the site.
The items that I received took over a month to get here. They are not as they appear. I will not order from you again or refer anyone.
Great shopping experience overall. I would request, when possible, to provide links to other clothing shown in product photos (IE: a link to the sweater the model is wearing for the socks which are advertised/target item). Thanks!

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!

Answer: Because they are a scam. I am in the same boat. Don't give up, dispute it if you can. Don't let those thieves keep your money. And you will probably never get your package. If you do, wear a gas mask while unwrapping because it'll smell as bad as it looks (nothing like the ads!)
