I ordered a dress a month ago. Chicme sent me the wrong dress. I emailed and notified them, a person name Lucy stated they are unable to correct their mistake and just ignored it. Be careful customers! Once you make a purchase, if wrong products received, you will lose your money. There is no replacement or correction.

Unfortunately the sizes of the dresses were very odd. I wanted to send them back but would vost me half of the price of the dresses which I found shocking. Now stuck with 2 dresses I can't do anything with. I did get a discount but it was s fraction of the 2 dresses combined. Very disappointing

My daughter ordered her 17th bday dress from chicme and did a rush shipping for an extra $20! She reached out to them and they said the package would be delivered. Well we live in Louisiana all the shipping info was correct and my daughter dress was delivered to a residence in MOBILE, AL! They have not issued a refund even though I keep requesting a FULL refund because it wasn't our fault it was theirs! NEVER order from this company! They do not care about their consumers! I've been going back and forth on a chat customer service over my money being refunded which would be the right thing to do knowing we never got the dress! I attached pictures of the tracking, the address it was delivered too, and bank statement where they took the money out! Again NEVER order from this company and I'm going to put a review on every site that I can to warn other people so they won't be taken advantage of like we were!

Two weeks after that, I started emailing about my order noticed the tracking number they provided me wasn't valid fast forward December 11 I received email stating items was delivered a whole lie I contact local post office for them to investigate all the way to corporate office 4 days later they found out the items was never ship they are using recycled a tracking numbers generate a delivered scan post office sent me and email to show them the item never arrived to Illinois for it to be delivered to me and the still acting as if I'm wrong this place is a joke stealing from people who trying to support they business 155 dollars and no items Suzy keeps sending emails 24 hours after you email with short and rude response I'm fed up I'm calling a lawyer don't order from them you would do better by flushing your money down the drain

Many of these items are not flexible or allow stretching in the necessary areas. Shipping does take a bit as it is coming from China and must go through customs etc. Two weeks is the longest so far for my items to be received.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
