I received this order and tried all ordered clothes.
They all didn't fit me and 2/3 wasn't the same as shown on the pictures when I ordered.
So, consequently I wanted to send all items back.
I contacted the support and they tried to persuade me to keep the things and get 10% off for my next order … (sorry, which next order?).
I disagreed and demanded my money back. So again they tried to persuade and get a refund of 20% from the value. Hello? The things DO NOT FIT! What should I do with them?
So, I disagreed again and demanded AGAIN to get my money back!
And it started with the same game, they offered me 30% of persuade. Until I get more and more angry! So finally they said „please send it back to USA."
Ok, so where is the Retour Label?
„Oh-no no. It's on your OWN money!" I payed about 40€ (!) just to send somethin‘ back that DO NOT FIT AND WAS NOT AS DESCRIBED.
So, to all future customers… if you"re from Europe, please DO NOT order.
The quality is by the way the cheapest way to produce clothes fast and a lot of it. Safe your money and buy local stuff.

I ordered this puffer jacket in an XL. It is more like a medium. The sizes are wayyyy off. So ladies if your an XL this jacket is not for you.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!
