I received this order and tried all ordered clothes.
They all didn't fit me and 2/3 wasn't the same as shown on the pictures when I ordered.
So, consequently I wanted to send all items back.
I contacted the support and they tried to persuade me to keep the things and get 10% off for my next order … (sorry, which next order?).
I disagreed and demanded my money back. So again they tried to persuade and get a refund of 20% from the value. Hello? The things DO NOT FIT! What should I do with them?
So, I disagreed again and demanded AGAIN to get my money back!
And it started with the same game, they offered me 30% of persuade. Until I get more and more angry! So finally they said „please send it back to USA."
Ok, so where is the Retour Label?
„Oh-no no. It's on your OWN money!" I payed about 40€ (!) just to send somethin‘ back that DO NOT FIT AND WAS NOT AS DESCRIBED.
So, to all future customers… if you"re from Europe, please DO NOT order.
The quality is by the way the cheapest way to produce clothes fast and a lot of it. Safe your money and buy local stuff.

Horrible customer service if you try to return anything they keep asking you do you want 10% do you want to keep it for 10% and they just don't give you a yes you can return it and when you do return it they never give you a refund they keep asking you how much it weighed Hoa you're printing it out from your house because all the port post office is are closed in the United States so you have to print a label out from your house so you don't have a week but you do have proof that you shipped it but I don't wanna hear that so don't order from them because the sizing is off anyway horrible company

This was my first purchase and the delivery time was too long I have to wait almost three weeks m, one of the dresses was ripped in the front, the front part of the dress I don't like it.
Overall I don't like the experience purchasing in this website.

I LOVED browsing through every clothing section of the website but for some clothes such as lingerie, I hoped there regular sizes instead of just skinny. Other than that, you have amazing taste in fashion!

Was not granted my refund although the item passed for acceptable to return, (would still like my refund and return), service over whatsapp was unprofessional and inefficient.

I ordered this puffer jacket in an XL. It is more like a medium. The sizes are wayyyy off. So ladies if your an XL this jacket is not for you.

The shirt look beautiful, love the length but it came in total different from the one showing.
