The time stated for my order was 10-13 days. This is all that shown during the whole order process. It was not until i queried my delivery with the company that there was an additional 3-7 working days to wait while item is picked which was NOT mentioned anywhere during my order. The dresses were ordered for a specific date and were only just about received in time. The particular dress i ordered for this date was horrendous. The colour, the style, the fit, none of this matched the picture. The slit was so high, you could see everything that is meant to be covered, making it impossible to be worn. The rest of the dress had no shape to it and it looked like it had been attacked by a cat. Then to be offered a 10% refund because the return will be "expensive" is an absolute joke. The item is not as described by the seller, therefore the seller should be covering the return cost and giving a FULL refund. I have no use for the item so a 10% refund and keeping the item is pointless. This is by far the worst company i have ever dealt with and i will NEVER use them again

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
