Everything went well no dramas. Delivery was faster than I expected products were spot on thank you.

The item that I chose was delayed, therefore I could not wear it for the occasion. It arrived very wrinkled with no tags.

Bought toy for grandson. Unfortunately I hadn't updated my address and it was delivered to my old address. I got in touch and the parcel was re-delivered to my new address without additional postage costs. I am delighted the problem was resolved so easily. The item I ordered was too big, wanted to exchange it for a smaller size, was told NO we will give you 10% off, keep the item. I can't wear it, it's too big.

CS did not allow me to return my items that did not fit in a timely manner in order for me to order the correct size. CS repeatedly asked me to accept a partial refund in which I was not interested being that I did not have the correct size. After weeks of going back and forth I did not get to order the clothes I needed to wear to my 35th class reunion. My experience was not good.

One of dresses which I order was completely different than I expected. The material is really not good and color is totally different than i saw on the Chicme websites.

The clothes were of good quality, true to size, however the shipment took longer than expected

*I like the dress but it is too small. The material is light and airy and the colors are very nice.
I ordered a red and white dress and a black and white dress. I like the length, it was around mid thigh, but it was too tight around my waist. I'm 5 foot 3 and I weigh one hundred thirty pounds. I think another inch in the waist and I would be able to wear it just fine. I will need to return both of them for a refund if possible. The order arrived in about 10 working days from the purchase date.
I have attached pictures of the two dresses to this review. They are nice, sorry I cannot keep them.

I tried to return a package to them, because they took so long delivering my package I had to order from someone else. They gave me such a hard time even though it was their fault due to delays. They offer you all these other offers like 5% or 10% off what is that? They will go back and forth with you so long, then they tell you sorry your package is too late to refund its over 14 days. I have read reviews from more then 20 others they have scammed this way just like me. BEWARE DONT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS YOUR BE SORRY.

Horrible experience! I will never order from them again! Beware before you buy from these people! I researched and measured myself closely before buying from them or anyone online. I purchased something and it did not fit but wasn't worried because it says clearly that there are easy refunds. WRONG! You have a 14 day window and it has already been a week. I am trying to return my purchase, which they did respond to me that I have to pay to return it and I can get 10% off my next purchase! No money back. No credit. No nothing! What is that? Be careful before you buy. I am out $53. Never again!
