Unfortunately my experience of getting a refund has been so long winded, that I won't be buying again from here. The quality of the clothes isn't all that. Most of it is print work on stretchy material. It'd often not quality material or patterned or embroidered like you envision. Some items arrive. Some items come different to that in the picture. The process for requesting a refund is ridiculous. And long winded. And often as I live outside of the country I am expected to pay for the return of the item which often means I have to spend more than the item cost me. Or accept a small percentage and keep an item that was faulty/ doesn't fit/ isn't as seen on the website. Madness.

I recieved this item 11/2 months after I ordered it. The lining where the white feathers are, they are coming apart at the seems.

The item is not the same like on a catalogue pictured!

Shopping online was easy, but the delivery process took to long and the fact that no information shows where the company is until after you pay.

Horrible and cheap clothing line. Clothing is cheap and costume like. They DO NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY. I returned 5 items and after several corresponding emails, I never received a refund. Don't waste your money!
