I would never order from this website again. I ordered my jumpsuit and it took weeks to come. When it arrived it did not fit and it was to short. I had no return labels as i had to contact support. They then tried to give me up to 20 per cent back and keep the item. I said that i wanted a full refund due to it not fitting. After a while they gave me the return address but it would cost me more to send it back. I would not recommend this website and would never order again

I order from chic me because of the unique style and flair I always find in the items they sell. I can get a cute outfit that pops for $20-$30 and pair it with a Louis pump or tennis shoe and crossbody and I literally look like a million bucks… effortlessly!

I placed two orders - honestly forgot about one and the other I was really looking forward to for my birthday. The shipping said it would make it to me two days before my birthday here it is 2 weeks after and I still have t gotten it - with no shipping update and I asked to cancel it several time but I was told no - I doubt I'd consider ordering anything else due to the false info and not guaranteed to come in the size I ordered - this was a terrible terrible experience I had to stop my friends from ordering because I didn't want them to be disappointed like I was for my birthday- extremely disappointed- I had to spend more money and find something quick to replace a
Dress I really wanted - now the clothes are on the way and I have no use for them whenever they arrive and I would have to pay to ship them back myself so it's useless but I do like the jacket that I received

Shipping dates definitely needs to be be updated in real time because that'a ruining people lives esp mines - I should be able to get. Full refund because of it

Worst customer service. I order two pajamas. First one on on Nov 19, plenty of time to get the order before needing it. Never received it, and they ended up shipping another pair without even asking me and now won't issue me a full refund
