Sizing on the clothing was a little off.
Very disappointed in the Grinch ornament. What I received was not the product I ordered. No where to call. Returning the products was too expensive, so I kept them. Will not order again.

Clothes material on the pictures are not them same clothes real cheap and thin nothing i got look like the picture and on top of that they sent me two items that I didn't even order that was really cheap and it wasn't even the same color. Its lies about tracking your order to send them clothes back. I had clothes still at they warehouse and they wouldn't refund me my money.the clothes was sent any ways

Cheap material don't recommend at all.

I placed an order for one item on November 17th for a Christmas gift. It is December 29th and is nowhere to be found. With the realization that it wasn't going to make it for Christmas, I requested my money back. My credit card was charged immediately. Their response was "can you wait?"
They should be making this right, but instead they just ignore my requests. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. It is not worth it.

I did not like my product and I tried to return it, however, I had to talk to customer service through text message and it was not immediate responses. I got frustrated and just decided to keep it. They gave me a credit for 5 dollars, and I had 5 days to use it horrible customer service, horrible product.

Some of the gems are missing off the front and it's very noticeable

Odring and delivery good. Cannot get rid of the terrible chemical smell from the skirt. Shame.

Most products are cheaply made and the fabric is not as shown on the website. Anything knitted will rarely be as soft and fluffy as shown and sizing all over the place. I would not recommend this website
