I asked for a refund due to being dissatisfied with the items as they were too small and horribly made. I got a run around for awhile before I was finally offered a 50% refund as a final offer. I will not shop this business again.

In addition to this item looking completely different from that depicted in the photo (item looks extremely cheap with absolutely poor quality of material), item took longer than outlined to be delivered. The anticipation was in vain considering the disappointing item.

I ordered back on the 9th of December and there is still no update on where my package is... Never again will I use this site again. It shouldn't take this long. Or at least communicate better..

Disappointed with the look of the clothes, but shopping for them was fun! Couldn't wait to receive them. When they came I was totally disappointed. Not worth sending back.

Bought 2 dresses, both arrived when expected and was as advertised, would shop here again

NEVER AGAIN! Do not order from CHICME. I ordered a Christmas long sleeve. Very cheap quality, poorly made and did not fit. I had to pay for my own shipping as they refuse to pay for any shipping for returns. FYI - they only allow returns within 14 days from date of YOUR ORDER. Then, they refuse to refund you any monies. Save yourself money and disappointment. I will never use this cheap company again.

I think your uk sizing needs to be sorted I ordered the same size for both one was tight one was bog

I ordered four outfits from them and none of them looks like the ones on the website. The material was cheap and when I requested a refund they just stopped answering me. I would definitely not recommend shopping here.

The delivery service is always around 3-4 weeks as expected from previous orders placed. I was really disappointed in the quality of my items this time paying good money only for my items to be very discoloured and poor quality. Nothing like I've ordered before

I was very disappointed in chic me... I will not use this site again unless I order well in advance... I wanted my outfit for a Christmas do... it came 5 weeks after ordering... bit of advice order in plenty of time

Bought for Xmas fits lovely and it's nice and soft and comfortable
