I ordered items from this company 11/29/2021 and it's now 2022 and I still haven't received them. I made the mistake of reading the quantity of positive reviews and ignoring the negative ones, which would've been more useful. Items shipped from China 12/5/2021 but no updates on any activity for at least 2wks. I ordered these clothes for Xmas which has now come and gone. When I asked for a refund their customer service apologized for the delay and asked me to please wait another week. It's now another 2wks later and my items have only reached PA, where they've been since 12/30. Terrible delivery service and even worse customer service because they don't want to refund you but keep you hanging on hoping for a delivery to come. To add insult to injury. They sent me emails everyday from their site advertising deals when I'm still waiting on my initial order to arrive. I had to unsubscribe because it only made me more upset! BUYER BEWARE!

The sweater I seen on line have a perfect vneck line. Look at my photo and you decided how I should rate you. A refund a 5 star no prepaid postage and full refund a 1 star. The sweater is defective and unwearable
