Don't use this website! Don't buy! It is not true that it is ok to return an item. The Custumer service persuade you to accept a voucher 10% discount (after I spent £187) to buy more things. I explained that colour, quality, lengths of the clothes are all wrong and didn't like the experience). They refuse to pay even within the correct return date. At first, you will experience that the return page doesn't work. Then, I wrote them an email and nobody replies. Then, they replying saying their company is in USA and it is too far to send the clothes. They ask you to accept 10% discount on next purchase. I refused, I asked for my money back as promised, they offer 20% discount. I explained, the clothes are absolutely not like described apart for 1 over 8 pieces, I don't wish to shop with ChicMe ever again. I have involved Custumer UK client service and the police. Thinking they do this to lots of young girls and refuse refund is terrible!

It feels like you guys have an automated Chat Customer Service. I felt like my comments were not read, the response would be the same verbiage and kept changing the refund price by 15% increments. I felt as if I kept on insisting I may have received my 50% off, instead I just accepted the 30% credit return but I shouldn't have to ask for it more than 3 times. The item was incomplete, I should have at least been given a chance to return item and replace or received 50% credit.
Not bad... good website... little challenging with changing colour selection but all in all good. Not value for money :) would pay more for better finish and material selection.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!
