Dresses looked nicer in photos. Return tracked to USA coat me over £20! Not happy

I get overwhelmed with the amount of merchandise but very cool styles and good prices. I just wish it didn't take so long to get my orders!

Got no refund et no response i need one.and i ordered the size that usually fits me.

Bought 5 items was satisfied with 3. Quality was nice and looked much like pictured. Time frame of receiving was even good. My only problem was returning the 2 items I wanted to refund or
Exchange. I complied with the requirements in sending coping of the post office returned receipt given but it wasn't good enough for chic me caus it didn't have the weight showing,, eventho it
Showed how much I paid to return. I guess I was suppose to change the post office receipt lingo. Anyway,, I made contact several times in effort of obtaining exchange or refund but with no avail. So long story short, it's been over 6mo. And I'm out of $50 without any recourse. Needless to say (although I'm only 1 person) they've lost my business.

I was very disappointed at the quality of my order. And the sad part I could not return. So I lost out. My mistake.

It look a month for my to get my product, however based on the other reviews I was prepared for that so it didn't bother me. I would definitely purchase from this site again.
