It was nice and easy so many items to choose from it's hard to find clothes to fit me

It was good if you get the size right, if not and you want a refund or exchange then not so good, thay don't want it back but offer you a % refund to keep it
The item is so so tiny, I went for xl and I can barely get it over my legs
They let you think it will be easy to return the products if you're not satisfied... but if it's the case, they push hard for you to accept to keep the products in exchange of a 10% reimbursment or coupon on their website for a new order...
And when you insist that you wanna get fully back your money, they ask you to send the product in their warehouse very far (in my case in the US while I'm based in Europe) and of course, you have to pay the delivery... which they perfectly know it's not worth it and you end up accepting the 10% reimbursment offer...
