Chic me claims my 1kg return package is under weight thus I get zero refund?!
How is this ethical? Where is the customer service.

Don't go near this company they are a scam! I ordered nearly 200 worth of cloths with them for the first time. When stock arrived quality was really bad and fit was very big even though I went with their measurements! I requested a return straight away, they spend the next 3 weeks trying to convince me to keep the stuff and then told me I was out of the exchange period. I had dates on the chats to prove otherwise but they refused to provide me with return details. Do your self a favour and stay away from this company,

It was a little long to receive my order will once I did I was very happy with it in every way the color the size to look thank you.

I don't like the sneak shipping insurance nor do I want email alerts. I also want to do the survey after I receive my package.

I have ordered from ChicMe receiving only moderate quality; not very good clothing. It is good if you want to take a chance on cheap clothing that may not look as shown online. It is EXTREMELY difficult to return an item. My personal experience was submitting a request for a return as the product was not at all what it looked like online. The delay in ChicMe's communication and the back and forth in their messaging trying to get me to keep the items meant that the return then went past their deadline. As a result the company concluded that I was past the deadline to return at that point. I had weeks yet to return the items when I started my return process. I learned a valuable lesson in working with ChicMe. I expect better service when ordering from a company even if I understand the product is less than great quality. Disappointed in ChicMe and their return process. If you have the slightest reservation regarding the item; whether it is sizing, coloring, or the quality, I would advise that you do not buy it from ChicMe.
